Regional Cycle Touring Routes

AussieVelo regional cycle touring routes will be developed as the National routes are better defined. These regional routes will provide inter-regional connectivity, and provide circuits of discovery from the capital cities.

For example, there are a number of National routes running east-west in regional NSW. Regional routes will be developed running north-south that join these, such as Canberra <> Parkes <> Lightning Ridge. This route would also allow a circuit from Sydney (or Canberra), i.e. AV3 Sydney to Canberra, AV2x to Parkes, AV4 return to Sydney.
